M-Pesa took my money but my conversion has not moved. What now?

Safaricom confirms the payment to you before it reaches us, so a short gap is normal. Open the conversion from Activity and watch the status: it moves on its own once we have the confirmation, and you do not need to pay again. If it is still waiting after a few minutes, contact support with the M-Pesa code from your SMS and the conversion reference. Never send a second payment to fix the first one.
