My identity check was declined. What do I do?

The usual causes are a photo the reviewer cannot read and a name that does not match. Retake it in daylight, lie the document flat, get all four corners in the frame, and make sure nothing is covered by a finger or a reflection. Use the same name as your official document. If we tell you the decision is final, that is not something a retry will fix, so contact support rather than submitting again.
