No, and neither can anyone else. A confirmed Bitcoin transaction is final by design; there is no cancel and no chargeback, and Koya cannot claw it back from whoever received it. This is why the address is shown back to you before you confirm. If the address belongs to an exchange or a service you have an account with, contact them directly, because they may be able to help where we cannot.
